These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to ExamPro Cert Prep (the "Service") operated by ExamPro Cert Prep LLC. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

We provide online certification preparation content, including lessons, quizzes, flashcards, and practice exams. We are an independent study platform and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification vendor (including AWS, Microsoft, or Google).

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per paid seat unless you purchase a team plan (when offered).

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled through the billing portal or as described at checkout. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle. Taxes may apply based on your location.

4. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute course content; share account credentials; or attempt to circumvent access controls. We may suspend accounts for abuse or fraud.

5. Disclaimer

Content is for educational purposes. We do not guarantee exam passage or certification outcomes. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refunds & Cancellations policy (currently a 14-day satisfaction window for first-time Pro purchases where required by law).
