Drill weak domains free: 50 questions a dayHow to use practice test scores
- Score each practice test by domain, not just overall. A 72% overall can hide one domain at 50% that the real exam will expose.
- Aim a few points above the official pass mark on practice tests. Real exam questions are often worded differently from the ones you have seen.
- Use fresh questions when you retake. A score on questions you have already seen measures memory of the answers, not readiness.
- Read the explanation for every miss, including lucky guesses, and write down the rule you got wrong.

- How do I calculate my practice test score?
- Divide the number of correct answers by the number of questions and multiply by 100. This calculator adds up every domain you enter, shows the overall percentage, and tells you how many more correct answers you need to reach your target on a test of the same size.
- What practice test score means I am ready?
- There is no universal number. Check the passing score in your official exam guide, then aim to score a few points above it on several fresh, timed practice sets. The exam readiness calculator can combine your scores with study hours and your exam date.
- Is a practice percentage the same as the real scaled score?
- No. Many vendors report a scaled score (for example out of 1000) rather than a raw percentage, and some exams include unscored questions. Treat your practice percentage as a guide to weak areas, not a prediction of your exact result.
- Why break scores down by domain?
- Exam guides weight each domain differently, and an overall score can look fine while one domain is far behind. Seeing domains sorted weakest first tells you exactly what to study next.
- Is ExamPro affiliated with AWS, Microsoft or Google?
- No. ExamPro Cert Prep is independent study material and is not affiliated with any exam vendor.
