Spaced repetition schedule for certification exams

You forget most of a new topic within days unless you come back to it. Add the exam domains you have studied and the date you first studied each one, and get a review calendar that spaces your reviews out before exam day. No login required.

Each gap is counted from the day you first studied the topic. The default 1, 3, 7, 14, 30 is a common widening pattern; change it to suit your schedule.

How to make spaced reviews work

  • Log the day you first study each exam domain, then review it on the scheduled days even if it still feels fresh.
  • Review by recalling, not rereading: answer practice questions or flashcards before looking at notes.
  • If a review goes badly, treat that day as a new first-study date for the topic and restart its gaps.
  • Keep the last day before the exam light. A short sweep of weak topics beats a late cram.

Practice recall, not rereading

FAQ

What is a spaced repetition schedule?
It is a plan to review each topic at widening intervals after you first learn it, for example 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30 days later. Each review comes just as you start to forget, which helps the material stick with less total study time than rereading everything.
Which review gaps should I use?
1, 3, 7, 14 and 30 days is a common starting point. If your exam is only a few weeks away, use shorter gaps such as 1, 2, 4 and 8 days so every review fits before exam day. The calendar shows any reviews that would land too late.
How does this help with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud exams?
Certification exams cover several weighted domains. Adding one row per domain from your official exam guide makes sure every domain gets reviewed several times before the exam instead of only the ones you studied last.
Is my schedule saved anywhere?
No. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is sent to a server. Use Copy calendar to paste it into your notes or calendar app.
Is ExamPro affiliated with AWS, Microsoft or Google?
No. ExamPro Cert Prep is independent study material and is not affiliated with any exam vendor.
